WASHem is really a good tool to identify capacity gaps in Hand washing. Howevver, the behaviour interpretation through the videos varies from person to person. How to manage this?

As I understand, analysis team is composed with 3 or more people and reviewed the videos. Getting from different opinions and getting consensus among the reviewers would be the advantage of using this tool. As this is the qualitative study type, there is no right or wrong answer. It is just applied to understand the human behavior and barriers on practicing handwashing for effective Hygiene program.
