Hello, WASH BAT stands for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Bottleneck Analysis Tool. It is a tool developed for governments to help identify the reasons why quality WASH services are not reaching everyone in a particular area. It helps identify solutions and plan where to focus effort. It uses UNICEF's Enabling Environment framework and Sanitation and Water for All's five building blocks.
