Recently, I have been having conversations with several implementing organizations of different HWTS technologies and they have mentioned that, when looking at long term adoption of these water treatment solutions, the most impoverished populations are the ones that most likely struggle to keep using the technologies long term. I was wondering if any of you have experiences or studies that support or refute this.
