Andualem Zinabu 34 WASH PROGRAM MANAGER
I have Educational back ground in Civil Engineering(BSc) and Water Resource Engineering and Management (Advance Diploma).
I have over 12 years progressive professional experiences in water work infrastructure construction, WASH Project, Capacity Building of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) and public health projects in both emergency (Refugee, IDPs, Flood, conflict & Drought context) and development programs; working with different International Non-Governmental Organizations such as, International Rescue Committee(IRC), International Medical Corps(IMC), Lutheran World Federation, and Save the children in different capacity in Ethiopia. In Addition, I have tremendous experiences of working in highly stressful situations like conflict and very remote areas where there are very limited facilities.
Currently I am working with IMC-Ethiopia in a position of Head of Field Office and WASH Program Manager in Jigjiga Somalia regional State of country mission funded by UNHCR,OFDA, ECHO, UNOCHA/SHF, IOM, RRF & Internal fund responding Disaster, conflict, flood and disease outbreak affected community. I am Responsible to oversee all Jigjiga field and WASH programs implementing in two refugees camps & two districts host communities water supply operation intervention.
